The French Paper Company makes handfuls of colorful paper that would make any scrapbooker / cardmaker / colorliker jealous. I especially like the cool designs in the Pop-Ink Patter-Paper line. (They’ve got plenty of bright & neutral plain papers, too.)

And, as a special lovely bonus, if you send a sample of something you’ve made with French Paper, they promise to send you a free T-shirt. You are also promised free swatch books, which look so maddingly cool, but do usually cost $15 (instead of the usual free).
